Our Goals
- Implement Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC) Code of Conduct at Medtronic and encourage adherence throughout our supply chain
Our Progress: We completed EICC training of Medtronic sourcing employees and EICC self-assessment surveys at 17 Medtronic facilities. Ten key Medtronic suppliers also are conducting EICC self-assessment surveys.
- Complete global employee ethics survey and benchmark results against an index of leading companies
Our Progress: We completed an ethics and compliance integrity survey, benchmarked our results, and are using the information to create action plans to sustain and enhance our ethics programs and culture.
